10am - 5pm Rentals

Friday & Saturday - $350 (3 hours)
Monday - Thursday - $350 (3 hours)
Sunday - $650 (3 hours)

5pm - 10pm Rentals

Friday, Saturday & Sunday - $1000 (5 hours)
Monday - Thursday - $800 (5 hours)
Additional hours $150 per hour

  • Mixon Staff Member to oversee event
  • Time to decorate on Day of Event
  • Tables and chairs included for up to 75 guests
  • Set up and break down of tables and chairs included
  • Projection screen with DVD player included
  • 1/3 of rental cost is due as a deposit to hold date. 
    Non‐refundable (will be applied to the overall total)
  • Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to event includes catering, rentals, security deposit and facility.
  • A $250 security deposit will be added to final invoice for evening events
    Returned 30 days after event less any funds needed to cover extra expense or damage.
