- Mixon Staff Member to oversee event
- Time to decorate on Day of Event
- Tables and chairs included for up to 75 guests
- Set up and break down of tables and chairs included

- 1/3 of rental cost is due as a deposit to hold date.
Non‐refundable (will be applied to the overall total) - Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to event includes catering, rentals, security deposit and facility.
- A $250 security deposit will be added to final invoice for all events
