Ingredients:

2 cups finely diced celery
3 cups toasted bread crumbs
2/3 cups dice orange sections
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 unbeaten egg

Directions:

Cook celery in butter until tender but not brown. Add remaining ingredients
and toss lightly. Makes enough stuffing for a 5lb. fowl.
