Ingredients:

2 medium Mixon grapefruits, peeled and sectioned
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup dark raisins
romaine lettuce leaves
Citrus Honey Dressing - see recipe below.

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 Mixon orange, grated peel
1 Mixon orange, juiced
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp poppy seed or toasted sesame seed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika

Directions:

Prepare Citrus Honey Dressing. In medium bowl, gently toss together grapefruit sections, mushrooms, red onion and raisins; add to romaine Leaves. Pour dressing over salad, toss well to coat.

Cirtus Honey Dressing: In a jar with a lid, combine all the ingredients; chill.
Shake well before serving.
Makes about 1 cap.
