THE DELI:
The Deli is a youngster comparatively in the history of Mixon Fruit Farms. Created in 2000 and located in the middle of the store, behind the Fudge counter, it was a natural progression of offering Mixon customers a complete shopping experience. The menu items were limited, as was the space to prepare them, but the idea caught on. It soon became a favorite stopping place for lunch by many of the local business employees.
Today, the Deli has expanded to its own area in the Mixon Gift Shoppe and has become an integral part of the future of Mixon Fruit Farms. Relocated and redesigned in 2005, the menu expanded to include specialty Subs, Salads, Soups and fresh baked goods. The Italian and Super Subs soon became the the highlight items on an ever expanding menu. Available as a 6" or 12" on fresh baked White or Wheat sub rolls, you can load them with your choice of fixin's and dressings. There is also a fresh Pressed Cuban, touted as "better than Ybor or Miami".
Come on in or call in an order and Deli Manager and Crew, Alfredo, Anita, Geneva, Cathy, Shirley and Ashley will be waiting to serve you!
