OUR GUARANTEE
We guarantee packages to arrive in good condition when furnished with correct and complete delivery address and consignee is available to accept the shipment.* Mixon's quality standards exceed minimum USDA requirements for sweetness, flavor and appearance. Each package is freshly packed and inspected immediately prior to shipping.For product shipping to HOSPITALS, NURSING HOMES or COLLEGES, or any similar locations, where delivery is attempted to the street address provided by the sender. There is no guarantee that the package will be delivered to the intended recipient or department. Mixon’s assumes no liability for product that is lost within the delivery building, fails to be delivered by the employees or arrives after the recipient has vacated the premises. Mixon’s offers no guarantee under these circumstances and absolutely no refunds will be issued.
Substitutions: We will strive to pack exactly what is listed and pictured in each of our gift packages. Occasionally, due to high demand, we do not have the exact product listed. To insure a timely ship date, we will substitute a similar equal value item we feel will meet our quality standards.
