The Ponderosa Lemons are named for their size - usually one lb. or more and larger than Grapefruit. The thick 1/2 inch rinds are great for candied fruit recipes. The tart and plentiful juice is ample enough to create several pies. Ponderosa Lemons are too large to pack in a 10 lb. box. Mixon regular lemons are grade A, nice and juicy, they make wonderful homemade lemonade.
